Every students‘ In the school is excepted to be courteous in talk and behavior. Discourtesy of any kind will not be tolerated. 2. The school reserves the right to admit, suspend or dismiss students, irregular attendance or habitual want of application to one’s duties, Unbecoming behavior or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school or acts of insubordination to school authorities or any other type of serious misconduct will be sufficient reason for the suspension or dismissal of students. 3. The principal may ask the parents to withdraw pupils who do not comply with the rules and regulations of the school and are not capable of any  improvement both in studies and general conduct or if the parents themselves do not cooperate with the school authority. 4. No student will be admitted to the school without the Transfer Certificate from the school last attended and the same duly countersigned by concerned education officer. 5. No student will be issued the Transfer Certificate until all dues, including fines payable to the School are settled. 6. Pupils must attend the school regularly. No pupil shall absent him/her self from classes without the previous permission of the Principal or the class teacher. They must teach the school at least five minutes before the first bell. Those who come late to the school will lose their attendance for the day and may be disallowed from attending the day’s classes. 7. Application for leave must be attested by parents or guardians and sent to the Principal’s office in time. In case of illness, a medical certificate shall be attached. On coming to school after an Infectlous disease, the student shall bring along with him/ her a recovery/fitness certificate from the medical officer concerned. 8. Absence without leave shall render the pupil liable to pay a fine of Rs. 10/- per day. Those who come late to school without sufficient reason and those who fail to produce a letter of explanation from their parents will also be liable to paya fine of Rs. 10/- each time. 9. Students who need to go home earlier on a half day leave for genuine reasons, shall apply to the Principal with a letter of request from the parents, for obtaining necessary permission. It Is necessary that a letter of authority be sent to the school office if parents themselves do not come to take their  wards. 10. No student shall be allowed to go out or to be taken out of the school premises without obtaining a "gate pass from the principal. The gate pass will be issued to students if the principal is satisfied with the genuineness of request. 11. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Readmission may be granted, only on payment of fresh admission fees. 12. Every student is expected to bring the school diary every working day. Any information/ request conveyed to the parents/guardians through this diary by the Principal/Teachers shall be acknowledged and complied with. 13. All students must have texts books, notebooks and stationary prescribed for their respective classes and these shall be brought to the school as per their daily timetable. No books, periodicals etc. Other than library books or those related to approved projects, may be brought to the school. 14. Students of one class/section are not allowed to be in another class or section at any time of the day without due authorization. Damage to school  property including ink-stains and writing on the walls or school furniture must be compensated at the expense ofthe offender. 15. Cleanliness of person and dress is expected of every student. The school uniform must be clean without and type of decorations, well pressed and  complete in every respect. Students coming to school with untidy/incomplete uniforms may be refused admission to the class. 16. All money matters shall be dealt within the office. Payment of the fees are to be made in cash. No cheqpue will be accepted at the fee counter. 17. Students are expected to take active part in the co-curricular activities, educational tours, picnic etc. arranged by the school. No exception will be granted to students except for illness or other serious reason.
